ApexPoint Thornton Concrete provides concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, repairs, walkways, commercial services, retaining walls, leveling, steps, pool decks, and garage floor coatings. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe or unsuitable for concrete work.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide and our initial site assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work, materials, or site preparation is required. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding with work that affects the quoted price. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due in full upon project completion unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by Colorado law.

4. Project Timeline

We provide estimated timelines for project completion, but actual completion dates may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to the project schedule.

5. Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work and offer a limited warranty on workmanship as outlined in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. Concrete is a natural material and may develop minor cracks over time. We are not liable for damages beyond the cost of the services provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your property, obtaining any necessary permits, marking underground utilities, and ensuring clear access to the work area. You must also ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work site for safety reasons. Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project or affect the final result.

7. Cancellations and Changes

If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your project after work has begun, you may be responsible for materials already purchased and labor already performed. We will work with you to find a fair solution, but we cannot refund costs already incurred. Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
